摘要
目的:探讨产科实施人性化护理管理的临床效果,总结提高护理水平的有效措施。方法:2011年11月-2012年11月,晋中市红军荣军休养院产科采用传统管理方式,将同期490例患者的问卷调查结果列为传统组;2012年12月-2013年12月实施人性化护理管理,将同期495例患者的问卷调查结果列为护理组。对比两组护理满意度、护士工作满意量表评价结果。结果:实施人性化护理管理后,患者对护士的满意度有明显提升,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);护士在工作及家庭的平衡、个人及专业发展、工作环境及强度、工作成就感等10个方面的感受均有明显改善,前后对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:人性化护理管理不但提升了患者对护理工作的满意度,也增强了护士对自身工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the humanized nursing implement in obstetric nursing management to summarize the effective measures and improve the nursing level. Methods: 490 patients as a traditional group were selected during from November 2011 to November 2012 to be taken traditional management mode and the resuits of the questionnaire survey were given; 495 patients were selected for implement questionnaire during from December 2012 to December 2013, carrying out the humanized nursing management with survey results listed as nursing group. Two groups of nursing satisfaction and nurses job satisfaction scale evaluation results were compared. Result: Under the implementation of humanization nursing management, The patients'satisfaction to nurses were improved significantly, the nursing group results compared with the traditional group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups of nurses (P 〈0.05) ; 10 aspects, balance between nurses'work and family, personal and professional development, work environment and strength, etc were improved significantly. There was statistically significant difference, compared with two types of modes ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The humanized nursing management will not only improve patients' satisfaction of nursing work, but also strengthen the nurses' satisfaction with their job. The popularization and application will do good in the clinical practice.
