摘要
目的探讨高频彩超与X线钼靶应用于乳腺癌早期筛查中的价值。方法回顾性分析126例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌(直径<2cm)患者的病历资料,以病理检查结果为金标准,将高频彩超、X线钼靶和两者联合筛查早期乳腺癌的结果与病理检查结果进行比较分析。结果高频彩超和X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的符合率分别为82.3%和80.2%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两者联合诊断符合率为97.5%,与单一检查方法比较,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高频彩超对微细钙化检出率(33.7%)低于X线钼靶(60.3%),而对乳腺癌血流信号检出率(80.4%)高于X线钼靶(22.6%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频彩超、X线钼靶早期筛查乳腺癌各有优势,联合应用能显著提高诊断乳腺癌的准确率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of the high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray mammography screening applied to the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 126 patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer (diameter〈 2cm) medical records of patients. With pathological findings as the gold standard, high-frequency ultrasound, X-ray mammography and their combination for early screening results with pathological results of a comparative analysis of breast cancer. Results High-frequency ultrasound and X-ray diagnosis of breast cancer mammography compliance rates were 82.3%, 80.2%, there was no significant difference between them (P〈0.05) ; their combination diagnosis was 97.5 %, with a single inspection methods comparison, there was a statistically significant difference between groups (P〈0.05). High-frequency ultrasound for micro calcification detection rate (33.7 %) was lower than X-ray mammography (60.3%), while the flow signal detection rate of breast cancer (80.4%) was higher than X-ray mammography (22.6%), there was group statistically significant difference between (P〈 0.05). Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound, X-ray mammography screening for breast cancer early have their own advantages, the combination can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer, with a high clinical value.
