高频超声联合钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌诊断分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨高频超声联合应用钼靶X线检查对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择68例可疑早期乳腺癌患者,分别行高频超声、钼靶X线及两者联合检查,检查结果与手术病理结果相对照,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果高频超声对乳腺癌的敏感性为78.0%;钼靶X线的敏感性为73.7%;联合应用的敏感性为87.5%,联合应用的敏感性高于单一检查方法,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论高频超声与钼靶X线联合应用可提高乳腺癌的诊断率,具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To explore the value of High-frequency ultrasound combined with mammography X-ray for the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods 68 cases suspected for early breast cancer patients were included in the study.These patients were given high frequency ultrasound,X-ray mammography and the combination of the two inspections.All test results were contrasted with pathological results and the statistical data were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of high-frequency ultrasound was 78.0% in the diagnosis of early breast cancer;the sensitivity of mammography X ray was 73.7%;combined sensitivity was 87.5%,the combination method is more sensitive than a single check,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusions High-frequency ultrasonography and mammography X-ray combination can improve the diagnostic rates of early breast cancer and has important clinical value.
