摘要
对2A12铝合金表面进行微弧氧化,研究电解液成分和氧化时间对膜层微观组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,电解液中的最佳Na2WO4浓度为8 g/L,此时膜层最为致密,合金的耐腐蚀性能最佳。
The effects of electrolyte and oxidation times on microstructure and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation film on 2A12 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that the optimum Na2WO4 concentration in the electrolyte is 8 g/L, and the film on 2A12 aluminum alloy shows the best corrosion resistance due to its dense structure.
