摘要
分析了纯Al及合金LC9,LY12在偏铝酸钠溶液中微弧氧化陶瓷膜层的相组成、形貌、硬度、耐腐蚀性、抗热震性、结合强度等。结果表明:膜层都由致密层和疏松层两部分构成,Al膜层由α-Al2O3组成,LC9膜层由γ-Al2O3组成,LY12膜层山大量γ-Al2O3和少量α-Al2O3组成:膜层硬度沿截面分布都具有两侧低中间高的变化特点,Al,LY12, LC9膜层的最大硬度值分别为33.4 GPa,22.15 GPa,16_8 GPa。Al膜层耐腐蚀性最差,LY12膜层耐腐蚀性稍好于LC9膜层;膜层抗热震性按LC9<LY12<Al依次增强;拉伸断裂都发生在膜层内,膜层与基体结合牢固,膜层内的结合强度按Al<LC9<LY12依次增大。
The phase composition, morphology, hardness, anti-corrosion and thermal shock resistance of the coatings produced on Al and its alloys by micro arc oxidation in sodium aluminate were investigated. The results showed that the coating consisted of two layers: a dense inner layer and a loose layer. The coating on pure Al was entirely composed of α-Al2O3, the coating on LC9 was composed of γ-Al2O3, and the coating on LY12 was composed of a large amount of α-Al2O3 and a little γ-Al2O3. Along the section of the coating, the hardness of the coating at both sides was lower than that in the middle, and the maximum hardness value of the coating produced on Al, LY12 and LC9 was 33.4 GPa, 22.15 GPa and 16.8 GPa, respectively. The anti-corrosion property of the coating on LY12 was a little better than that on LC9, while the coating on Al had the worst anti-corrosion property. The thermal shock resistances of the coatings on Al, LY 12 and LC9 increased in sequence. The tensile tests showed that the tension ruptures only occurred within the coatings, the bonds between the coatings and the matrixes were strong, and the bond strengths of the coatings on Al, LC9 and LY12 increased in sequence.
