摘要
感染继发性细粒棘球蚴的小鼠口服阿苯达唑亚砜150mg/kg·d×28d 时,细粒棘球蚴囊的生发层超微结构的变化主要是皮层受损、皮层细胞核周胞质广泛溶解和空泡形成、线粒体肿大和变性等,与阿苯达唑相仿。感染小鼠口服吡喹酮500mg/kg·d,连给3个月时,生发层超微结构的变化与给药15~30d 的相仿。动物剖检时仅少数囊塌陷和干瘪。这些囊的超微结构于停药6个月后仍示有严重损害。
The mice infected with seconary cysts of Echinococcus granulosus were treated per os with albendazole sulfoxide,one of the metabolites of albendazole at a daily dose of 150mg/kg for 15 days.The ultrastructural alterations appeared in germinal layer of the cysts mainly consisted of tegument damage,extensive lysis of perinuclear cytoplasm accompanied by vacuolization,indistinction of nuclear membrane,and swelling as well as degeneration of mitochondria.All these alterations were similar to those induced by albendazole. Prolongating the course of treatment to 28 days,no further damage on the germinal layer was observed.In another experiment praziquantel was per os given to infected mice at a daily dose of 500mg/kg for 15,30 or 90 days and the ultrastructural alterations in germinal layer induced by different length of courses were simi- lar indicating no parallel relationship between the intensity of ultrastructural lesion and the course of prazi- quantel treatment.Six months after treatment,the cysts filled with cyst fluid showed normal appearance in germinal layer,while in those of the shrunk or collapsed cysts severe damage on the germinal layer was no- ticed.
