摘要
传统的高师音乐教育实习存在实习时间短、实习形式单一、实习内容不足、实习过程中发现的不足难以整改提高等问题。"三三制"全程音乐教育实习新模式的提出完善了音乐教育实习的整体结构,保证了实习时间,实现了内容的全面性和形式的多样化。只有通过学校精心组织与合理安排,高师与实习学校双方齐心协力、共同发展,加强过程管理与质量监控桑格方面的努力才能使这一新模式顺利实施并达到理想的实习效果。
Traditional music education practice has many problems: short time, single form, insufficient contents,less chance for improvement, etc. A new model of "three-three system"full-range music education practice was put forward to accomplish the overall structure of music education practice, guarantee the practice time, and achieve the diversity of practice contents. Through the careful organization and reasonable arrangements, with the cooperation of normal colleges and internship schools, based on process management and quality supervision, this new model can be implemented successfully and ideal practice effect can be achieved.
