摘要
利用热重分析仪将三种不同配方的阻燃剂处理的三种不同材质的纺织品分别进行热重分析测试。通过TG曲线和DTG曲线分析,选取了阻燃效果较好的棉质样品A3、涤纶样品B3和棉涤混纺样品C2,以五个不同的升温速率对样品进行热重分析测试。采用Kissinger法求出线性拟合的相关系数和表观活化能。
TG was used to test three different material textiles through three different formulations of flame retardants processing. By TG curve and DTG curve analysis, the better flame retardant samples such as cotton sample A3, polyester sample B3 and cotton-polyester blended sample C2, were selected to TG test with five different heating rates. The correlation coefficient of linear fitting and the reaction activation energy were obtained by using the method of Kissinger.
