摘要
用人工感染的方法,以贵州中华按蚊、上海中华按蚊和海南大劣按蚊对贵州省荔波、普安和丹寨县的间日疟原虫的敏感性进行了比较实验。实验结果示知,贵州中华按蚊胃感染率81.22～100%,腺感染率86.36～100%;上海中华按蚊胃感染率85.71～100%,腺感染率91.67～100%;海南大劣按蚊胃感染率85.33～100%,腺感染率82.22～100%。上述结果表明:贵州中华按蚊、上海中华按蚊和海南大劣按蚊均为贵州省间日疟原虫高度易感的媒蚊。
The susceptibilities of Anopheles sinensis of Guizhou (GAS),An sinensis of Shanghai (SAS) and An. dirus of Hainan (AD) to Plasmodium vivax from local patients were studied. Six batches of GAS,SAS and AD were fed on the blood of 3 malaria patients from Libo County and the sporozoite positive rates were fotmd to be 100%,100% and 92.3—100% respectively,and the oocyst postitive rates of GAS,SAS and AD were in the order of 88.89%,100% and 94.74—100%,when dis- sected 5—6 days and 10—14 days after blood meal. In the 7 batches of GAS,SAS and AD fed on the blood of malaria patients from Puan County,the sporozoite positive rates were 91.67—100%,100% and 95—100%,and the oocyst positive rates were 93.3—100%,100% and 98.04—100% respectively. Three batches of GAS,SAS and AD were fed on 1 malaria patient from Danzai County with sporozoite positive rates of 91.67%,86. 36% and 82.22%,and the oocyst positive rates 85.71%,81.82% and 83.33% respectively.
