摘要
自从2000年前最早发现铁是必需微量元素以后,迄今已知有14种微量元素是必需的,即铁、锌、铜、锰、铬、钼、钴、硒、镍、钒、锡、氟、碘、锶。它们在人和动物的生命过程中的意义逐渐为人们所了解和重视。对于蚊虫体内的微量元素组成的研究,尚未见报道,检测蚊血淋巴的元素组成,对于进一步研究蚊虫的营养代谢、生理、生化特性,及其与所传播的病原体,如疟原虫、丝虫和病毒等之间相互关系。
The elements in hemolymph collected from Anopheles Stnensis and Aedes albopictus were determined by Coupled Plasma Emission Spechrometer (ICP), There were 10 Kinds of trace elements such as Iron (Fe ), Zinc (Zn ), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mn ), Chromium (Cr ), Molybdenum (Mo), Nickle(Ni), Aluminum(Al),Cadmium(Cd),Lead(Pb) and 6 kinds of macro component elements such as Calcium(Ca), Magnesium(Mg),Potassium(K), Sodium(Na),Sulfur(S),Phosphorus(P) in hemolymph of the mosquitoes. The components of all the elements in hemolymph of newly emerged mosquitoes were more than those of mosquitoes after taking blood meal. That showes the component of elements is associated with the growth and development of mosquito. Comparing elements in hemolymph between newly emerged mosquitoes and mosquitoes after taking blood meal, there were differences in some kinds of elements with significant or striking significant difference. Comparing elements between two species of mosquitoes at emergence or after taking blood meal, the differences indicate that the component of elements in hemolymph is related to the species of mosquito. This result is significant for the classification of mosquitoes.
