摘要
目的探讨药品合理分类对医院西药房管理的影响。方法对我院西药房的药品进行合理分类管理,将药品合理分类改革前(2011全年)作为对照组,对药品合理分类改革后(2012全年)作为试验组,两组均以国家相关规定及药品说明书等为参考,观察药品合理分类改革前后患者的投诉率及满意度。结果试验组患者的满意度(94.0%)明显高于对照组(90.0%),试验组发生患者投诉率(0.08%)明显少于对照组(0.42%)。结论通过强化西药房药品的合理分类管理,能提高患者的满意度,同时对减少医患纠纷起重要作用。
Objective To analyze the drug reasonable classification of hospital pharmacy management.Methods The reasonable classification management of pharmacy in our hospital drug,the drug reasonable classification before the reform(2011 year)as the control group,after the reform of drug classification(2012 year)as the experimental group, the two group to the relevant provisions of the state and the drug instructions as reference,to observe the drug classification satisfaction rate of complaints and patients before and after the reform.Results The experimental group patient satisfaction(94.0%)was significantly higher than the control group(90.0%),the test group patients with complaint rate(0.08%)was significantly lower than the control group(0.42%).Conclusion Through the reasonable classification management and strengthen the pharmacy drugs,can improve patient satisfaction,at the same time to reduce the medical disputes plays an important role in.
