摘要
应用免疫酶印渍技术(IEBT)检测马来丝虫成虫可溶性抗原(FMW)和牛腹腔指状丝虫可溶性抗原(SSW)组分蛋白与几种蠕虫免疫兔血清和蠕虫感染兔及病人血清之间的反应性,结果FMW及SSW的限定组分蛋白的分子量分别为17kD和32kD及16.5kD。马来丝虫、牛愎腔指状丝虫和犬恶丝虫成虫之间存有16.5kD~32kD的共同组分蛋白,其中17kD和32kD组分蛋白与几种蠕虫免疫兔血清和蠕虫感染兔及病人血清显示特异的反应性。
The immunoenzymatic blotting techniques (IEBT) respectively with adult Filaria malayi soluble antigen (FMW) and adult Setaria digitata soluble antigen (SSW) was used to detect the specific reactivity to antibodies in sera from rabbits immunized with several helminthic antigens and from rabbits and patients infected with several parasitic helminths. The results showed the defined fractions of FMW antigen were the Mr 17 kD and 32 kD proteins,and of SSW 16. 5 kD. The molecular weight of the common fractional proteins of Brugia malayi, Setaria digitata and Dirofilaria immitis ranged from 16. 5 to 32 kD,among which 17 kD and 32 kD fractional proteins demonstrated the specific reactivity with sera from immunized rabbits, infected rabbits and subjects.
