摘要
应用酶联免疫印渍技术(ELIB)对8种日本血吸虫抗原的组分蛋白与不同感染度和感染期血吸虫感染兔血清反应性结果表明,日本血吸虫成虫冻融抗原和浸液抗原的组分蛋白反应带数及分子量范围,因血吸虫的性别不同而有所差异,单雄性或雌雄两性者蛋白条带数多及分子量范围大于单雌性者;用重感染兔血清显示的组分蛋白数及分子量反应范围也均多或大于轻感染兔血清者;8种抗原的共同反应组分蛋白分子量为70kD、66kD和31KD;其限定组分蛋白(即特异性组分蛋白)116.7kD、47kD和18kD分别可被后期、早期和中期的感染兔血清呈现特异性的反应带。8种血吸虫抗原的不同组分蛋白对血吸虫感染的不同病期,特别是早期和后期,具有特异的诊断效果。
Sera from rabbits with Schistosoma japonicum infection were detected by enzyme—linked immunoblotting technique(ELIB)using eightS, japonicumantigens. The results showed that the frozen—thawed antigens of different sexual adult worm presented different numbers of protein bands and range of molecular weights, and that the saline—extract antigens of different sexual adult worms presented the same condition. Male/female adult worm antigens (frozen—thawed and saline—extract antigens) were more numerous in the bands and larger in the range of molecular weights than female adult worm antigens. And also, sera from rabbits with heavy intensity of infection reacting with eight schistosome antigens were more numerous in the bands and larger in the range of molecular weight than the sera from rabbits with light intensity of infection. 70kD, 66kD, 31kD polypeptides appeared to be the common fractional proteins of eight schistosome antigens. 116.7kD, 47kD, 18kD defined fractional proteins could be respeetively recognized by sera form tabbits with late, early and middle stages of infection with schistosomiasis. The different fractional proteins of eight schistosome antigens demonstrated potential to differentiate the different periods of infection, especially eariy and late stages of infection with schistosomiasis.
