摘要
目的探讨三维管理模式对胃肠镜室操作人员消毒依从性的实施效果。方法应用思考模式、沟通模式、行动模式(三维管理模式)对胃肠镜室操作人员消毒依从性进行持续质量改进,观察实施前后的效果。结果实施三维管理模式后,操作人员对消毒认知能力、消毒工作依从性和消毒合格率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用三维管理模式进行持续质量改进,可有效提高胃肠镜室操作人员的消毒依从性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of three - dimensional management model on disinfection compliance in medical operators with digestive en- doscopy. Methods Three - dimensional management model of thinking - communicate - action was applied in medical operators with digestive endoscopy to continuously improve their disinfection compliance. Results The awareness level on disinfection, the disinfection compliance and the qualified rate of disinfection were all improved after the implementation of three - dimensional management model （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of three - di- mensional management model in continuous clualitv imorovement can improve disinfection compliance of medical staffs with digestive endoscopy effectively.
