摘要
目前,医院感染控制专职队伍存在专业配置不合理、年龄分布不合理、职称晋升困难、对专职人员缺乏系统的培训方案等问题。借鉴临床医师的医学教育体系培养模式,探讨建立医院感染专职人员的系统培养模式,为建立我国医院感染专职人员队伍提供参考。
Currently,there are problems of unreasonable professional configuration,unreasonable age composition,difficulty in title promotion,and the lack of training programs for the full-time staff members for hospital infection control.By referring to training mode of medical education system for clinical doctors,the authors explore the construction of the training mode for the full-time staff members of hospital infection control,which functions as the base for the construction of full-time contingent for hospital infection control.
