摘要
本文从经营模式与费用偿付制度、服务机构与服务内容、质量管理机制、全科医生队伍及培养四个方面对英国、美国、澳大利亚三国的社区卫生服务发展模式进行详细比较,总结出三国社区卫生服务体系发展成功的经验,并提出对我国社区卫生服务建设的启示。
The article makes a detailed comparison of Community Health Services （CHS） in the UK, the US and Australia from four aspects, which are business model and medical payment system, service institutes and service coverage, quality management system, general practitioner （GP） team and training, summarizes many successful experiences on CHS and finally puts forward their enlightenment to us.
