摘要 白血病干细胞(LSCs)是慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)耐药、复发和预后不良的主要根源,特异性清除LSCs有望成为治愈CML的方法。在LSCs中,存在WNT/β-catenin、JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT等信号传导通路的异常。 Leukaemia stem cells( LSCs) is the major rationale for drug resistance,recur-rence and poor prognosis of chronic myeloid leukemia( CML). Specific elimination of LSCs is expected to become a way to cure CML. The signaling path-ways in LSCs are abnormal including WNT / β-catenin,JAK / STAT,PI3 K / AKT,and so on.
