摘要
处于经济与制度双重转型期的中国情境下,关系嵌入、风险感知是影响网络组织治理模式选择的重要变量。本文利用307例调查数据,实证检验了关系嵌入对网络组织治理模式选择的影响作用以及风险感知的路径传导作用。结果表明:商业关系嵌入、政治关系嵌入对治理模式选择具有显著正向影响;绩效风险感知对关系嵌入与治理模式选择的关系具有部分中介作用,关系风险感知对关系嵌入与治理模式选择的关系具有完全中介作用。
Relational embeddedness and risk perception have significantly influence on governance mode of network organization in China＇s economic and institutional transformation. Using the data of 307 samples,this paper empirically tests that relational embeddedness is the key factor to affect governance mode and risk perception plays as the transmission for the relationship between relational embeddedness and the governance mode. The analysis results indicate that business ties embeddedness and political ties embeddedness have significant positive impact on network governance mode. Performance risk perception works as a partial mediation between relational embeddedness and governance mode whereas relational risk perception works as a complete mediation between relational embeddedness and governance mode of network organization.
