摘要
目的:探讨甘肃省地方高校大学新生心理健康状况,为改善和提高大学新生心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法:整群抽取2013年甘肃省3所地方高校大学新生9 875名,采用大学人格问卷(UPI)量表测试大学生的心理健康水平。结果:甘肃省地方高校新生Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类心理问题发生率为4.88%,常见心理问题主要表现在思想不集中,记忆力减退,过于担心将来的事情,缺乏自信等方面;男女性别学生之间和城乡之间、文理科之间UPI评分差异具有统计学意义(x2值分别为20.09、12.03、15.56,P<0.01)。结论:甘肃省地方高校大学新生心理健康状况良好,少数新生存在不同程度心理问题,男生优于女生,理科生优于文科生,农村优于城市。应关注我省地方高校女生、文科生和城市新生特有的心理健康状况并进一步对其影响因素进行研究。
Objective:To investigate mental health statuses of university freshmen in local colleges and universities of Gansu province, in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving and enhancing the level of mental health of university freshmen. Meth-ods:By using cluster sampling, 9 875 freshmen in three local colleges and universities in Gansu province in 2013 were selected and investigated with the mental health level by university personality inventory ( UPI) . Results:For the freshmen in local colleges and u-niversities of Gansu province, the incidence rate of classⅠand classⅡpsychological problems was 4. 88%. The common psychological problems mainly were poor thought concentration, memory loss, too worried about something in the future, lack of confidence and the like. The differences among male students and female students, among urban students and rural students, and among liberal arts students and science students were statistically significant (x2=20. 09, 12. 03, 15. 56, P﹤0. 01). Conclusions: The mental health state of the freshmen in local colleges and universities of Gansu province is good;however, a few students have the psychological prob-lems, wherein boys are better than girls, science students are better than liberal arts students, and rural students are better than urban students. The mental health statuses of local college girls, liberal arts students and urban students in our province should be paid atten-tion to, and the influencing factors should be further studied.
