摘要
在分析混砂车排砂泵液压控制系统的基本结构和工作原理的基础之上,利用仿真软件AMESim对"MISSION"10"×8"×14"排砂泵液压驱动系统进行建模和仿真。针对混砂车排砂泵液压控制系统在负载波动及转动惯量变动的情况下,对系统进行动态仿真。结果表明:该系统具有良好的动态性和可靠性,能够满足压裂工况的要求。
The modeling and simulation of 'MISSION'10' × 8' × 14' hydraulic control system of flushing pump were finished by using AMESim simulation software after the working principle and basic configuration of hydraulic control system of fracturing blender truck's row sand pump being analyzed. The dynamic simulation of hydraulic control system was carried out,by aimed at the condition of load fluctuation and unstable moment of inertia on the system. The results show that the system has good dynamic capability and reliability,and can meet the requirements of fracturing and pressing conditions in the working process.
