基于无为原理的柱塞泵故障诊断研究

摘要 轴向柱塞泵作为农业机械设备中的关键元件,健康状态直接影响到系统运行的可靠性。目前,柱塞泵的故障诊断方法主要是利用壳体的振动信号,分析元件的运行状态和诊断故障原因。由于液压系统的多场域和多尺度的强耦合给故障诊断带来了困难,研究提出采用瞬时转速信号来反映故障信息,以便对各种运行状态、正常或故障状态时的斜盘式轴向柱塞泵进行监测诊断。在机电液系统的柱塞泵上测取了配流盘正常、磨损状态下的瞬时转速信号,利用无为原理对瞬时转速波动信号进行了滤波处理,通过阶次分析实现了故障识别。研究表明瞬时转速信号可以作为一种有效手段来反映配流盘磨损故障,并为液压元件故障诊断提供了一种新的检测方式。 As a key component in agricultural machinery and equipment,the health status of axial piston pumps directly affects the reliability of system operation.At present,the fault diagnosis method for piston pumps mainly uses the vibration signal of the casing to analyze the operating status of the components and diagnose the cause of the fault.The multi-field and multi-scale strong coupling of hydraulic system makes fault diagnosis difficult.In order to monitor and diagnose the swash plate axial piston pump under various running state,normal state or fault state,the instantaneous speed signal is proposed to reflect the fault information.The instantaneous angular speed signal of the valve pair under normal and wear condition was measured on the piston pump of the electromechanical hydraulic system.The instantaneous angular speed fluctuation signal was filtered by using the principle of inaction,and the fault identification was realized by order analysis.The research shows that the instantaneous speed signal can be used as an effective means to reflect the valve plate wear fault,and provides a new way for the hydraulic component fault diagnosis and detection.
