摘要
作为班主任,能否以科学而有效的方法把握学生的心理,因势利导地促进各种类型的学生健康成长,将对教育工作的成败起着决定性作用。本文以笔者近年来在班主任管理工作中运用心理学的一些尝试,论述了结合心理健康教育开展工作的实效性,并强调班主任应成为学生心理健康的教育者。

The text on the base of some psychological attempts done by writer in recent years of administrative works as a teacher in charge of a class discusses practicability about developing works with mental health education and emphasizes that a teacher in charge of a class should be educational worker of students' mental health.
