摘要 促酰化蛋白(ASP)是脂肪组织分泌的一种生物活性物质,ASP与细胞表面的特异性受体结合,在人C5a新型受体、蛋白激酶C和磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶等信号通路的参与下发挥其生物学作用。近年来,对ASP的研究取得重要进展,ASP代谢途径功能失调与肥胖症、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病和心血管疾病的发生密切相关。该文结合国内外资料,对ASP的信号转导途径、生物学功能及与相关疾病的关系进行综述。 Acylation stimulating protein ( ASP) is a biologically active substance secreted by adipose tis-sue,which binds with specific receptors on cell membrane.It exerts its biological role in the participation of C5a new receptor,PKC and PI3K signaling pathway.In recent years,research on ASP has made significant progress.The dysfunction of ASP metabolic pathway is closely related with the genesis of obesity , insulin resistance,diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.Here is to make a review of ASP from its signaling pathways , biological functions and the related diseases by using domestic and international information.
