摘要
促酰基化蛋白(ASP)是一种小分子碱性血浆蛋白,可影响脂肪组织葡萄糖转运和游离脂肪酸存储,在能量以脂肪形式储存的过程中起重要作用。在纯系的INS1细胞中,它以剂量依赖方式增加葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌,并被认为是目前已发现的促进甘油三酯合成最有效的物质。另外,ASP可维持皮下脂肪组织团块。
Acylation stimulating protein (ASP) is a small, alkalescent plasma-protein, which can affect glucose transport and the storage of free fatly acid. It plays an importanl role in the storage of energy as fat. In clonal INS-1 cells, ASP augments glncose-slimulated insulin secretion in a dose-dependent way. It is deemed to be the most effective factor of increasing the synthesis of triacylglycerol in adipocytes at present. ASP may be an important factor in maintaining subentaneous adipose tissue mass.
