摘要
测定结果表明,罗岗甜橙(Citrus sinesis(L)Osbeck var.Lo—gong)(下称甜橙)和国光苹果(Malus pumiia L.var.Ralls)(下称苹果)经用^(60)Co γ射线辐照的果实,与无辐照的对照果实相比:呼吸速率都提高;甜橙内部乙烯含量增加,而苹果则减少,甜橙的维生素C和有机酸含量有所降低,而苹果则不然;两种果实的总糖以及甜橙的可溶性固形物的含量无明显差异,甜橙果皮在近果带处凹陷,而苹果无此现象;辐照剂最越大甜橙果实的腐烂率越高,而苹果则相反。
We used gamma-ray to irradiate Luogang sweet oranges and Guoguang apples,Compared with the non-irradiated fruits,the irradiated fruits exhibited the following characteristics,The rate of respiration increased in both fruits;the internal ethylene content of the sweet oranges increased,while that of the apples decreased;the vitamin c content and organic acid in the oranges lowered slightly,but not so for the apples;the total sugar content in both fruits and the percentage of soloble solid in the sweet oranges did not show significant difference;near the fruit stalk,the rind of the sweet oranges sank,but this phenomenon did not appear in the apples.The bigger the dosage of the irradiation was used,the higher the percentage of decay that occurred in the oranges.It was just the reverse for the apples.If the dosage of irradiation was mere than 0.5 KGy,there was no preservative effect on the Luogang sweet oranges,but to the Guoguang apples,it had such an effect.
