摘要
用5个不同剂量的^(60)C_0γ射线辐照国光苹果后,低温(4℃±1℃)贮藏,定期记载各处理和对照组的烂果率.分三个时期测定了8项生化指标,并对比分析了这些指标变化的机理及其生理意义.试验结果表明,各辐照组的烂果率比对照都明显降低;从生化指标的对比分析中看到,国光苹果的最佳辐照剂量为50—70Krad.
Kuo-kwang' apples were irradiated with 10, 30, 50, 70 and 90 Krad dosages of 60Co γ-ray , and were then stored under 4 ℃± 1℃. The damaged rate and several indices were observed and recorded. Furthermore, 8 biochemical indices were analyzed 3 times during the period of experiment. The results indicated that the damaged rate of the treated apples was apparently lower, the mechanism and physiological significance of the change of these indices were explained, and the optimum irradiated dosage for 'Kuo-kwang' apples was found to be 50-70 Krad.
