摘要
通过分析高职院校"双师"培养面临的困境和"动态双师"培养具有的优势,从深化校企合作机制、构建团队激励机制、完善教师培养机制三个方面,提出"动态双师"体系的构建路径。
The paper analyzes the dilemma of "double-position teacher" training and the advantages of "dynamic double-position teacher"training system in higher vocational colleges.From the perspectives of deepening the college-enterprise cooperation mechanism,building the team incentive mechanism and perfecting the teacher training mechanism, the paper puts forward the approaches to the construction of a"dynamic double-position teacher"training system.
