摘要
创新型人才培养是建设创新型国家的战略举措。协同创新是创新型人才培养的重要途径,是促进科教融合的重要推动力。高校应以协同创新为引领,从改革体制机制、培育交叉学科、促进科教融合、搭建协同创新平台、营造创新文化氛围等方面入手,不断完善创新型人才培养机制。
The cultivation of innovation talents is the strategic initiatives to construct innovation-oriented country. Cooperative education is the important approach to cultivate innovative talents and the significant impetus to improve the integration of research and education. The colleges and universities should be guided by cooperative education, establishing and perfecting the cultivation mechanism of innovative talents through development of inter-cross subjects, integration of research and education, building the cooperative education platform and construction of innovative culture atmosphere.
