摘要
为了解我国广东省和海南省不同地区致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,对这两省四个不同城市的致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂毒死蜱和克百威的抗性水平进行了测定.结果发现不同地理株致倦库蚊对这两类杀虫剂均产生了一定程度的抗性,对毒死蜱抗性倍数由1.91到5.40倍不等,对克百威的抗性倍数由1.12到1.95倍不等.由此可见,广东和海南两省市致倦库蚊对毒死蜱和克百威均产生了一定的抗性.对蚊虫抗性水平的检测在杀虫剂使用方面具有重要的指导意义,为城市卫生杀虫防控提供理论依据.
Resistance levels to chlorpyrifos and carbofuran of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus from Guangdong and Hainan Province of China were determined, to understand the resistance levels of Cx. pipiens quinquefasciatus to the commonly used insecticides. The results showed the four populations all developed resistance to those two kinds of insecticides. Cx. pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae displayed a 1.91- to 5.40-fold resistance to chlorpyrifos and a 1.12- to 1.95-fold resistance to carbofuran. It is significant to detect the resistance levels of mosquito for the reasonable choice of insecticides, which provide theoretical basis for the urban health insecticidal prevention and control.
