摘要
分析乙型肝炎误诊误治导致肝衰竭的原因,以提高诊疗水平,防范误诊误治。医院要加强医疗质量管理,临床医生要高度警惕,规范书写完整病历,认真对待每位患者的症状和体征,做到诊断准确、治疗得法,以改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。
Analysis of causes on liver failure resulted from mistreatment of hepatitis B in order to improve treatment level,to prevent misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Meanwhile the hospital should strengthen medical quality supervision and management.Clinicians should be highly vigilant,standardized writing complete medical history,seriously treat each patient′s symptoms and signs,achieve accurate diagnosis as well as proper treatment.It can enhance the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life in patients.
