摘要
目的通过对血液地面模拟高空坠落前后红细胞相关指标的对比分析,来验证血液高空坠落包装捆绑的合理性和实际操作性。方法将当日采集的12袋新鲜全血进行地面模拟高空坠落试验。肉眼观察标本是否溶血,并比较高空坠落试验前后全血中的红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞压积(Hct)、血浆游离血红蛋白(FHb)、红细胞变形指数(TK)、红细胞渗透脆性(ROF)。结果高空坠落试验前后未见标本溶血,RBC、Hct、FHb、TK、ROF均在正常范围内,且高空坠落前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论模拟血液高空坠落对新鲜全血中的红细胞相关指标无影响,有实际可操作性。
Objective To verify the rationality and the actual operationality of bundled packaging in paradroping by analyzing the relevant indicators of red blood cell before and after ground simulation paradroping experiment.Methods A simulation paradroping experiment was conducted with twelve bags of fresh whole blood on the day of collection.Hemolysis in red blood cell,red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),free hemoglobin(FHb),erythrocyte deformation index(TK) and red cell osmotic fragility(ROF) of the experimental sample before and after paradroping experiment were observed and compared.Results Red blood cell hemolysis did not occur.There was little significant diversity(P0.05) by comparing the level of RBC,HCT,FHb,TK and ROF of the experimental sample which were within the normal range before and after paradroping experiment.Conclusion Simulation paradroping experiment does not affect relevant indicators in red blood cell and is fully operational.
