摘要
分时度假作为一种新兴的商业模式,虽然起步晚,但在市场上呈现出强劲的发展势头。对分时度假的概念界定、发展应具备的条件以及开发产品的类型进行了详细论述。基于此,以新兴旅游度假区福建云顶为实例,通过SWOT分析法对度假区各个影响因素进行了全面分析;结合上述论证,从管理机构、开发运营商、信息技术平台、旅游者等角度出发,有针对性地探索出了一套适合福建云顶旅游度假开发分时度假酒店的可行性方案,为福建云顶乃至全国同类旅游度假区开发分时度假模式提供可以借鉴的依据。
Timeshare, as a new business model, though started late, showed a strong momentum of development in the market. This paper dis- cussed the definition of the timeshare, development conditions and the types of developed products in details. Based on this, this paper took the emerg- ing travel resort Fujian Yunding as an example, through SWOT( strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) to analyze the resort comprehensively. Ac- cording to the above argument, this paper explored a set of feasibility plan suitable for Fujian Yunding resort developing timeshare hotel from the man- agement mechanism, the operators, the information technology platform and the tourists perspectives. It provided the reference for Fujian Yunding resort and even the similar national tourism resort to develop timeshare mode.
