摘要
根据旅客列车的运输特点,在初步确定评价指标体系后,利用Vague集合的属性理论对开行方案指标体系进行筛选与优化。最后,计算开行方案各指标的Vague值并构造最优方案,利用候选开行方案与最优方案的贴近度求出最佳方案。
Based on the characteristics of passenger transport , after the preliminary determined the evaluation index system ,by using the theory of Vague set core attributes operation scheme selection and optimization ,the index system of the computing operation plan of each target Vague values and construct an ideal solution , using the candidate operation scheme and ideal scheme degree to find out the best solution .
