摘要
为了获取电液伺服系统动态特性并进行控制器的设计,采用AMESim Simulink仿真平台对典型的电液伺服系统进行建模,仿真得到系统的响应特性曲线。运用Simulink线性化工具箱,获取系统的线性化传递函数等固有特性。运用Simulink控制器设计工具箱对电液伺服系统的控制器进行设计并验证了增大开环增益和增加零点校正对系统控制性能改善程度,确定该电液伺服系统的控制策略和控制参数。
In order to get the dynamic characteristic and design the controller of electrically hydraulic servo system,the cosimulation model of a electrically hydraulic servo system is established in AMESim-Simulink software to get the response curves.The linear transfer functions and Bode graphs are obtained by the linear analysis tool of Simulink.The controller of the electrically hydraulic servo system is designed by classical control theory.The influence of the open loop gain and the zero point correction upon the performance of this control system is validated,so as to confirme the control arithmetic and control parameters.
