糖尿病性周围神经病患者抑郁症状调查及分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:分析糖尿病性周围神经病(DPN)患者产生抑郁心态的相关影响因素及其特点。方法:回顾性分析、结合问卷调查的方式,运用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS),对121例DPN患者的抑郁情况及相关因素进行调查分析。结果:DPN合并抑郁发生率高(46.28%);并且与性别、年龄、病程、疼痛症状和肌电图数据具有明显的相关性。结论:抑郁是DPN最常见的合并症之一,其发生率和轻重程度与多种影响因子相关。
