摘要
为探索不同烘烤方式对烤后烟叶质量及经济效益的影响,设计了常规挂竿、散叶堆放2种密集烤房装烟方式试验,对其烤后烟叶化学成分、致香物质及经济效益进行研究。结果表明:散叶堆积式烘烤增加了单位面积的装烟密度,使得每座标准密集烤房承烤面积由挂竿烘烤1.33 hm2左右增加到近2.00 hm2左右,烤房利用率可提高40%左右。散叶烘烤对烟叶香气物质有改善作用,醇类、酮类、萜烯类、呋喃类等几种主要香气物质改善明显。与挂竿烘烤相比,散叶堆积式烘烤上部叶烟碱含量在4%以内,中部叶在2.5%左右;糖含量略有下降但均在适宜范围;总氮含量平均为2.27%;钾和氯含量差异不大;蛋白质含量增加;淀粉含量下降,平均值控制在5%以内,总体化学成分更加适宜。
In order to explore the effect of different curing methods on tobacco quality and economic benefit after baking,the test of conventional hanging pole,leaf stacking 2 kinds of bulk curing barn loading way was designde,the chemical composition,cured tobacco aroma substances and economic benefits of research.The results showed that bulk stacking type baking increased the loading density per unit area So that each seat standard bulk curing barn bearing roasted area by the hanging pole baking 1.33 hm2 increased to nearly 2.00 hm^2.The baking room utilization rate could be improved about 40%.To improve the role of tobacco leaf baking aroma substances in the main aroma of several alcohols,ketones,terpenes,furan,improved obviously.Compared with the hanging rod baking,bulk stacking the nicotine content of upper leaves within 4% type baking,The middle leaves in about 2.5% Sugar content decreased slightly,but were within the suitable range;Average content of total nitrogen was 2.27%;Protein content increased;Starch content decreased,the average value within 5%,Bulk chemical composition more suitable.
