摘要
为推进邵阳烟区烟叶生产中清洁能源和技术的应用,实现邵阳烟叶烘烤减工降本、提质增效、节能减排的目的,2020年在邵阳隆回与新宁比较了不同热泵设备以及不同供能方式的能耗成本及烤后烟叶的经济性状。结果表明,JC-5HGK70热泵烤房干烟能耗成本为1.06元/kg,ZW79KAE电能热泵烤房干烟能耗成本为1.36元/kg,与传统燃煤、生物质燃料烤房相比,分别节省0.70和0.64元/kg,降幅达34.06%和31.99%,烤后烟叶中部、上部上等烟比例和均价均有所提高。综合分析,采用电能热泵烤房烘烤烟叶能耗小、综合成本低,有利于提高烤后烟叶质量。
In order to promote the application of clean energy and technology in tobacco production in Shaoyang tobacco area,to achieve the goal of reducing cost,improving quality and efficiency,saving energy and reducing emissions,the energy consumption costs of different heat pump equipment and different energy supply modes and the economic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves were compared in Longhui and Xinning County in Shaoyang City in 2020.The results showed that the energy consumption cost of dry tobacco in JC-5HGK70 heat pump flue-cured house was 1.06 yuan/kg,while which of ZW79KAE was 1.36 yuan/kg.Compared with traditional coal-fired and biomass fuel curing barns,it saved 0.70 yuan/kg and 0.64 yuan/kg respectively,with a decrease of 34.06%and 31.99%respectively.According to the comprehensive analysis,the electric heat pump curing room has the advantages of low energy consumption and low comprehensive cost,which is beneficial to improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
