摘要
目的探讨佩戴透气性硬性角膜接触镜矫正视力的情况。方法选取55例青少年近视患者佩戴透气性硬性角膜接触镜,6个月后,观察其裸眼视力和球镜度变化情况。结果治疗6个月后,患者的裸眼视力由治疗前的(0.2±0.1)提升至(1.2±0.3),裸眼视力提升明显(P<0.05);球镜度由治疗前的(-3.2±-1.0)降低至(-0.8±-0.4),球镜度降低明显(P<0.05)。结论佩戴透气性硬性角膜接触镜矫正近视效果明显。
Objective To observe the wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens corrected vision situation.Methods 55 cases of juvenile myopes wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens,half a year later,to observe the visual acuity and spherical change.Results Half a year after treatment,the visual acuity of the patients before treatment（0.2±0.1） to（1.2±0.3）,visual acuity improved significantly（P〈0.05）;Spherical from before treatment（-3.2±-1.0） reduced to（-0.8±-0.4）,spherical degree decreased obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Wearing rigid gas permeable contact lens correction effect is obvious.
