摘要
目的了解抚宁县各级医疗机构消毒和灭菌质量,减少医院感染的发生。方法采用现场随机抽样的方法,对不同的消毒和灭菌物品进行检测。结果 2008-2012年总合格率为93.64%,物体表面、空气合格率分别为78.16%和69.56%。其中个体诊所合格率最高,为91.96%。结论抚宁县各级医疗机构总体消毒质量较高,今后应重点加强个体诊所的消毒监测,加强物体表面、医务人员手和空气消毒工作的落实,以全面提高消毒质量。
Objective To investigate the quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Funing county,reduce the incidence of hospital infection. Methods Using random sampling method,to detect different disinfection and sterilization product. Results Total qualified rate was 93. 64% during 2008-2012,air surface,and air qualified rate is 78. 16% and 69. 56% respectively. Among which the qualified rate of individual clinic is the highest,as 91. 96%. Conclusions The overall quality of disinfection is high of all levels of medical institutions in Funing county,should focus on strengthening the disinfection monitoring in individual clinics in the future,to strengthen the disinfection work of objects surface,hands of medical personnel and air,improve the quality of disinfection.
