摘要
目的:了解抚宁县食品安全状况和污染水平。方法:以购买的方式采集15类20个食品品种进行监测。其中7类食品进行铅、镉、汞、砷、铝的监测,10类食品进行微生物和理化监测(包括7类食品中的2类)。结果:49份食品中,铅超标率为61.2%,镉超标率为20.4%,砷超标率为18.4%,汞超标率为14.3%。12份面制食品和海蜇中铝超标率为66.7%。91份食品中,超标率为39.6%。其中菌落总数、大肠菌群超标严重。结论:抚宁县小部分食品确有不同程度的铅、镉、汞、砷、铝污染和微生物污染,但大部分食品均能达到国家标准限制范围,食品安全状况较好。
Objective:To know the situation Funing food safety and pollution levels.Methods:By way of collecting 15 kinds buy 20 food varieties for monitoring.7 class food lead,cadmium and mercury,arsenic,aluminum monitoring,10 class food microorganism and chemical monitoring(including 2 kinds of food in July).Results:49 of food,Lead exceeding rate of 61.2 percent,Cadmium exceeding rate of 20.4 percent,Arsenic exceeding rate of 18.4 percent,Mercury exceeding rate of 14.3 percent.December wheat flour food and jellyfish aluminum exceeding rate of 66.7 percent.91 a food,which is to 39.6%.Which exceed total,bacterium colony.Conclusion:Funing small food has different levels of lead,cadmium and mercury,arsenic,aluminum pollution and microbial contamination,but most food can reach national standard limits,food safety situation better.
