h指数在体育学者学术影响力评价中的应用及其相关性分析 被引量:9

Application of H Index in the Evaluation of Academic Influence of Scholars in Sport Filed and Its Correlation Analysis

摘要 对学者学术影响力进行科学合理,公正客观的评价,是科研管理部门、学术界和文献计量学领域极为关注的课题。采用文献计量学引文分析法和数理统计法,以CNKI为数据来源,检索出高影响力前50名的57位体育学者,采用文献计量学引文分析法和数理统计法,以我国体育学者的h指数为评价指标分析其相关数据,阐述了h指数计算方法及其与发文量、被引量和篇均被引量的相互关系。h指数的排名与被引频次具有显著相关性,学者被引频次越高,其影响力越强,则h指数排名越靠前;h指数的排名与发文量也具有显著相关性,但其对h指数的影响与被引频次对h指数的影响相比较小;h指数与篇均被引量之间不具有显著相关性。发文量多、质量高对提高学者的h指数有利。h指数是一个累积指标,它不仅仅可以测量学者成就的峰值,还可以有效地测度学者的持久效绩。指出了h指数在学术影响力评价中存在的问题和不足,针对性地提出了改进措施。通过理论分析和实证研究来说明h指数在体育学者学术影响力评价中的科学应用,综合h指数能够更全面、准确地评价科研绩效,为人们了解h指数及今后广泛应用提供参考与借鉴。 H index method is a better way to evaluate academic influence of scholars and very concerned by scientific research administration department,academic circles,literature metrology. Based on CNKI data of top 57 sports research scholars,this paper analyzed their h index and mutual relationship among h index's calculation method,published paper amount,citation frequency,average quotation quantity by the methods of citation analysis and mathematical statistics. H index rank has significant correlation. The more citation frequency,the higher influence and higher rank; h index rank has obvious correlation with published paper amount,but the latter has little influence on citation frequency; h index has no obvious correlation with average quotation quantity. High published paper amount and high quality have benefit to improve scholar's h index. H index is an accumulative index,which not only can measure scholar's accomplish peak,but also can effectively measure scholar's performance continuance. This paper also pointed out its problem and shortcomings and provided some corrective measures. This study can let people have a better understanding of h index and provide reference for wide use in the future.
