摘要
目的:比较瑶医挑针疗法与壮医药线点灸疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选择100例原发性痛经患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(瑶医挑针疗法)50例和观察组(壮医药线点灸疗法)50例。观察两组患者痛经症状积分的变化,并评定其疗效及复发率。结果:两组治疗后的症状积分较本组治疗前的明显降低(P<0.05),但两组间的症状积分相比,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);观察组有效率92%,治疗组有效率为96%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);在随访3个月后,治疗组复发率为16%,观察组复发率为4%,两组复发率相比,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑶医挑针疗法与壮医药线点灸疗法治疗原发性痛经均有确切疗效,近期疗效相当,但壮医药线点灸疗法的复发率较低,获得远期稳定疗效。
Objective： To compare clinical efficacy of Yao medicine pick needle therapy and Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion therapy on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected as study objects, and all were randomly divided into 50 cases in the treatment group （Yao medicine pick needle therapy） and 50 cases in the observation group （Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion therapy）. Symptom score changes in both were observed, clinical efficacy and relapse rate in both were evaluated. Results： Symptom score in both was obviously decreased before and after treatment （P〈0.05）; symptom score in both was compared, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Efficacy in the observation group was 92%, and was 96% in another; efficacy in both was compared, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The recurrence rate in the treatment group after following up 3 months was 16%, and was 4% in another; recurrence rate in both was compared, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yao medicine pick needle therapy and Zhuang medicinal thread moxibustion therapy were confirmed with good effects; efficacy in short term in both was equal. However, the recurrence rate of Zhuang medicinal thread moxibustion therapy was lower, and could achieve stable long-term efficacy.
