摘要
目的:观察瑶医柚子枫丸内服结合药灸疗法、痛区刺血、药酒外搽综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:对208例膝关节骨性关节炎,实施瑶药柚子枫丸内服结合药灸疗法、痛区刺血、药酒外搽综合治疗方案。结果:膝关节骨性关节炎208例患者中,治愈72例,有效82例,好转48例,无效6例,总有效率为97.1%。结论:瑶医柚子枫丸内服结合药灸、痛区刺血、药酒外搽综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,具有简、便、廉、验,不良反应小的特点,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the medical Yao Citron Feng pill combination of internal medicine moxibustion therapy,pain District thorn blood,external applied the alcohol form of the medicine comprehensive treatment of Osteoarthritis of the knee treatment. Methods ：208 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee, the implementation of Feng-Citron Oral pill combination drug moxibustion therapy, pain District thorn blood, external applied the alcohol form of the medicine comprehensive treatment programme. Results ： osteoarthritis of the knee 208 cases of patients ,72 patients cured, effective 82 cases ,48 cases improved, invalid 6 cases, the effective rate was 97.1 percent. Conclusion：Citron Maple pill combination of internal medicine moxibustion ,pain District thorn blood, external applied the alcohol form of the medicine comprehensive treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee significant effect,a simple, inexpensive and post-mortem, small adverse reactions to the characteristics, and be worthy of promotion.
