Effects of Zinc Oxides on Fatigue Properties of NR

摘要 研究了不同类型的氧化锌对天然橡胶硫化胶拉伸疲劳性能、压缩疲劳性能以及剪切疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,氧化锌类型对天然橡胶力学性能的影响不大,而对疲劳性能的影响显著,其中纳米氧化锌会使天然橡胶疲劳寿命下降,化学纯氧化锌有助于提高天然橡胶疲劳性能。 Effects of different types of zinc oxide on tensile fatigue properties,compression fatigue properties and shear fatigue properties of NR were investigated.The results showed that the effects of zinc oxide types on mechanical properties of NR was not big,and on fatigue properties were obvious,and the fatigue life of NR decreased by adding nano-zinc oxide,and the fatigue life of NR could increase by adding chemically pure grade zinc oxide.
