摘要
研究了不同类型ZnO对天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,不同类型ZnO对天然橡胶常温下的力学性能影响不大,而对NR的动态疲劳特性有着显著的影响,纳米ZnO会使NR的疲劳寿命下降,化学纯ZnO则有助于提高NR的疲劳性能;其原因主要是纳米ZnO的结聚在橡胶中易于形成微观空穴,在疲劳应力作用下逐渐导致宏观上的材料破坏;而化学纯ZnO的大粒径颗粒较多,不易发生结聚现象。
The effect of different zinc oxides on the properties of NR was investigated. Results showed that compounds with nano size zinc oxide exhibited bigger T10 and T90 than that with other zinc oxides, but zinc oxides did not show big differences for the effects on NR's mechanical properties. It has been found that chemically pure grade zinc oxide is more effective for further improving NR's dynamical durability than others. It was suggested that microcave formed between zinc oxide coagulate and rubber matrix would be the main reason for the different dynamical performances.
