摘要
目的对电话回访式教育对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响进行评价,探讨该方案的实际应用价值。方法选取2012年1月~2013年1月心内科收治的明确诊断为慢性心力衰竭的患者80名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组均为40人。对实验组患者出院后严格采用按照计划电话回访的方式进行健康教育;对照组患者仅进行出院指导和在出院后2周内及第6个月进行1次~2次电话回访,比较观察期内两组患者的3个月及6个月内的再次住院率、服药依从性和观察期结束后6分钟步行实验结果。结果经过比较,实验组患者观察期内的再次住院率明显低于对照组患者,两组在再次住院率上的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组患者的服药依从性和6分钟步行实验结果明显优于对照组患者,两组在相关数据上的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在电话回访的方式对慢性心力衰竭患者进行较长期的健康教育,可以提高患者的服药依从性,降低再次住院率,提高治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the impact of telephone follow-up health education on the patients with chronic heart failure, and to explore the practical application value of this scheme. Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure in department of cardiology during January 2012 and January 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Each group has 40 people.Experimental group patients after discharge strictly carried out telephone follow-up health education, and patients in the control group only for discharge guidance and in 2 weeks and 6 months after discharge for 1 to 2 times follow-up health education. Comparing two groups of patients 3 months and 6 months of hospital readmission rate, medication adherence and 6 minutes walk test results after the end of observation period. Results Through comparison, the hospital readmission rate of the experimental group patients is significantly lower than that of the control group during observation period. It have statistically significant（P〈0.05）; medication adherence and 6 minutes walking experiment result of Experimental group patients were better than control group patients, it have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The telephone follow-up health education on the patients with chronic heart failure can improve the patients＇ medication compliance, reduce hospital readmission rate, improve the treatment effect, is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
