摘要
采用超声波辅助提取橙皮色素,并通过L9(33)正交试验探究最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件是:用95%的乙醇为浸提剂,料液比1∶15,超声波功率1050 W,提取时间30 min,提取温度60℃,此条件下的吸光度值最佳。
Ultrasonic extraction of orange peel pigment was used, and L_9（3^3） orthogonal optimal conditions of extraction. The results showed that the optimum conditions were： test was used to explore the 95% ethanol was used as extraction agent, solid-liquid ratio was 1 ：15, ultrasonic power was 1050 W, extraction time was 30 min, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, Under these conditions, the absorbance was the best.
