细小纤维-碳酸钙复合填料及其研究进展

摘要 目前全球纤维原料短缺问题严重,从造纸工业的可持续发展的思路上考虑,应加大填料用量,以减少纤维的用量。在造纸所需的原料中,填料的用量仅次于纤维用量,是居于第二重要的原料。造纸中常用的填料主要有碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、钛白粉等。本文介绍一种新型填料,细小纤维-碳酸钙复合填料。细小纤维的比表面积较大,表面电荷较高,在细小纤维-碳酸钙复合体系中,很容易吸附细小颗粒,如碳酸钙颗粒。与普通碳酸钙填料加填后相比,用复合填料加填后纸张白度更高、强度更大,并且撕裂度、耐折度、松厚度均有所提高。另外介绍了细小纤维-碳酸钙复合填料的国内外研究现状和发展前景。 Today, the global problem of shortage of fiber materials is very serious, from the consideration of the sustainable development of paper industry, the filler loading amount should be increased, in order to reduce the consumption of fi ber material. In the raw materials of papermaking, the amount of fi ller consumption is the second only next to the fi ber consumption, the second one of the most important raw material in paper industry. Common fi llers with paper industry are calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, titanium dioxide, etc. This paper was introduced a new type of fi ller, as fi nes-Ca CO3 composite fi ller. Fines has the characteristics of larger specifi c surface area, high surface electric charge. In fi nes-calcium carbonate composite fi ller system, fi nes can be easily adsorbed to particles, such as calcium carbonate granules. Compared with fi lling of ordinary calcium carbonate, the fi lling with the composite fi ller makes paper whiteness and strength getting higher, and tear strength, folding endurance, bulkiness all increase. In this article was also described the research status of fi nes-Ca CO3 composite fi ller at home and abroad.
