芦苇浆中细小纤维对造纸的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对芦苇浆中的纤维与细小纤维的组成进行了分析,研究了细小纤维对造纸的影响。结果表明,芦苇浆细小纤维的加入可改善填料的留着性能,能提高纸张的不透明度、紧度和抗张强度,但纸张的耐折度、耐破度和撕裂指数稍有下降。漂白芦苇浆抄造文化用纸的最佳工艺条件为:在打浆度为47°SR时去除一级细小纤维,加入10%的二级细小纤维,同时加入填料(松香胶、硫酸铝、滑石粉)。 The effect of fines on the reed pulp was studied in this paper. The fines affects pa- per properties, Such as density, opacity, tensile strength, tensile breaking strength, tear strength and folding endurance. The best technical condition of the reed pulp is in 47°SR, wipped off primary fines and added secondary fines up to 10 %, meanwhile, adding stuffings (abietic acid, vitriolic aluminium, French chalk).
