摘要
目的：研究小儿支气管咽喉炎采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液（普米克令舒）治疗小儿支气管喉炎临床效果观察雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法在2012年7月～2013年7月期间，我院收治小儿支气管咽喉炎患儿80例，通过抽签的方法将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各40例患者。实验组患儿进行普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗，对照组患儿进行地塞米松治疗，对两组患者的临床效果进行分析。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组患儿（P＜0.05）。结论普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗应用于小儿支气管喉炎治疗中的效果显著，有效改善了患儿的生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of pulmicort atomization inhalation on children with bronchial pharyngitis. Methods 80 cases of children with i bronchial pharyngitis in July 2012~July 2013 in our hospital were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 40 patients in each group. In the experimental group were treated with pulmicort respules inhalation therapy, the control group were treated with dexamethasone treatment, analysed the clinical effect of two groups. Results In the experimental group, the total effective rate was signiifcantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pulmicort respules inhalation therapy used in the treatment of children with bronchial laryngitis has signiifcant effect, it can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life.
